Sonia Bertolini is Associate Professor at the University of Turin, Department of Cultures, Politics and Society, where she teaches Sociology of Work. Her research interests concerning youth labour market entry; female labour market participation; labour market flexibilisation and transition to adult life; Sociology of Professions. She has recently published the book "Flexibly young. Career paths and transition to adulthood in the new labor market" (Il Mulino, 2012). She is PI of Italian team of European project: “Social Exclusion of Youth in Europe: Cumulative Disadvantage,Coping Strategies, Effective Policies and Transfer“ (EXCEPT), Horizon 2020.
